Am i going to develop antibiotic resistance?

I had a unprotected encounter a few months ago. After about a week I noticed redness and irritation on head of penis and some itchiness insiude urethra. I went to the doctor who gave me a week of doxycycline, symptoms still persisted. I got tested for STDs all negative but doctor gave me azithromycin and a shot of rocephin in case of chlamydia/gonorrhea... Symptoms still persisted so I got a single dose of metridonazole for trich and that seemed to work. Then a month later i had an ear infection and got antibiotics for that.

So essentially I took 5 antibiotics in 4 months, is this like really bad? and is their enough to develop antibiotic resistance? I haven't had antibiotics for like 6-7 years before this.
