Thanks to all of u. I forgot to add that immediately after the incident I still had erection as I had sex with my gf on first day and second day. After that I stopped having feelings. Is my erection gone permanently or temporarily? Grateful for your further advise.

I would definitely recommend going to your doctor to have it checked out. Sounds like you may have some nerve damage. I would not recommend using penis stretchers. Just love what God gave you!

There is no way for anyone on the internet who can tell you if and how you damaged your penis.  You will need to have a physical examination by a doctor if your feeling does not return after some days of rest.

Penis stretchers are a scam - there is nothing that will change the size of your penis substantially.  Leave it alone for awhile and allow your penis to recover before touching it or attempting to get sexually aroused.  If the situation does not change, it is best to see a doctor.
