My boyfriend endured trauma to his penis as a young adult. During intercourse, he is able to orgasm but does not ejaculate any fluids. He went to the doctor, then a specialist, then had a surgery of some kind to open up what was suspected to be a blockage.
Since this surgery, there is still no sign of fluids. Granted it has only been a week but I have so many questions.
Is this a process where the moving of fluids will take some time? What happens in a few months from now and there is still nothing? Is there another surgery involved? What does it entail? Could this be a permanent problem without a resolution?
