Azoospermia!

I have been diagnosed as AZOOSPERMIC and got my TRUS done the results as as follows.also got testicular
sono and prostate Sono done as

Testicular Sono:
A small testicular cyst measures approx 3-4 mm, A tiny amount of fluid is seen in the right hemiscrotum.

Visceral Doppler:
Arterial flow is seen in both testcles.There is no evidence of
torsion.There is a question of a small varicocele on the left with the veins distending approx 3mm with modified valsalva Maneuver.

Prostate Sono:
There is a tiny cyst within the right seminal vesicle measurinbg approx 3mm. There is no focal mass seen involving the prostate gland with normal-appearing peripheral zone.17-20 gm.remainder of the examination is felt to be normal.

Also Testicular biopsy resulted in Normal spermatogenisis

Are they fixable from infertilty standpoint.Are these surgically or any other method correctable to restore fertility? please suggest me some direction.
