I have suffered from severly bad posture from abt the age of 13. That is when I started to notice it. It was really bad. I looked hunchback when I would bend over. I am now 29. I have worked out a lot and my posture got better, but still not as good as I would like. I have an appointment this week to see a local Chiroprator who was refered by a good friend. I recently have been having neck pains and discomfort, as well as headaches when I am active. I play golf alot, and this only adds to the issure. Is this something that can be repair without surgery? assume the only issue is bad posture?
