Black hollow circle under penis skin

Hi, my boyfriend saw these black hollow circles under his penis skin and we don't know what it is.
I'm actually getting worried.

It looks just like an ingrown hair, but it's a perfectly round circle, under the skin. It feels hard if you pinch it.
In the center there's a little opening where sometimes discharge comes out.

This "growth" is under his penis, very close to the testicles, more to the left. We recently found a second one to the right, and the one on the left seems lighter than before.

Can you tell me what this could be?
He doesn't have the guts to go show it to a doctor :)

I have the same problem. I have one near the base of my penis. I found it and thought it was a pimple and squeezed it and discharge came out. Now it is just a hollow black circle just as you described. It would be great if someone could tell us what exactly these are. Or even if you found out through a doctor i would be more than happy to hear what you know.
