Hi,
For persons like you, who need to sit in the same position for long periods, the blood flow to the pelvic organs will affected and there fore it is necessary to relax muscles of that area by taking suitable breaks. You should take a short break after three to four hours of driving during which period, you should empty your bladder whether you feel the urge or not. During the break, relax the pelvic muscles by little walking and resting in the lying position. At the end of the trip, you should relax the muscles with either sitz bath in lukewarm medicated water and or by suitable exercises.
