Blood in Spit

I am a smoker. I occasionally see blood in spit. Sometimes its pinkish and when I try and spit 2 to 3 times it shows little blood. It doesn't happen always, sometimes once in a day or two. I got Blood CBC (Complete Blood Count) and ESR done, but all is normal except for some allergies found. I am a bit concerned now as to what could be the problem. Please HELP!!

you need to see a doc ! can be a number of things . some fatal !

marra is right. This could be very serious. you need x-rays and other tests
