Blue Bump on Penis Shaft

I have a blue bump underneath the skin of my penis shaft where the veins meet. Is this some sort of cyst that I should be worried about?

Hey, I've got a lump on the top side of my shaft, too, where the smaller veins meet the larger dorsal vein.  It's been worrying me for some time.  It's not always been there, just appeared after some penis trauma about 5/6 months ago...

I hope it's normal, any comments, anybody?  Marra?

my 10 year old has a blue lump type thing on the shaft. his penis is a bt veiny but not a real blue on elke that. theres a little black mark next to it. scared me this weekend need to see doc. whats yours turn out to be?
