Blue bump on penis shaft burst.

I had a pea sized blue lump on the shaft of my penis.  I went to a dr. and he told me that since it was under my skin it was nothing to worry about.  It has been there for 9 mos. and the other day I was having sex with a condom.  Once it was over and I was using the rest room I noticed that the lump had burst and now there is a large bluish purple area in the same place the lump had been.  I also noticed recently that my testicles had been hurting and have been experiencing some abdominal pain.  Does anyone know what this may be or if they may be connected? Or do I need to see more Drs for a better diagnosis.  It has been 2 days now and it seems the area where it burst is fading.  I guess I am worried that there may be some major problem going on.  Any help is greatly appreciated. I'd recommend you go to the doctor and have this checked out, its better to be safe then sorry, and the bursting and pain don't sound like very good things.

hey i hope you are ok. my 10 year old son showed me a weird blue spont on the shaft around where he was circumsised is how i would describe it. next to it is some black colored skin with a pin hole in it.its all very small but looks concerning to me and he will see his doc this week. im scared. how did yours turn out?
