Bone growth/Nutrition

How severe would a malabsorption/malnutrition have to be during puberty to prevent bone growth in growing teens?

Malnutrition could cause a problem with bone growth. Make sure you are getting enough to eat. And taking a vitamin everyday would be a good idea.
