Bottom pain

I was mountain biking up in rivington last week and at the end of the ride there was a big car park, which was empty...
anyway we sprinted into the car park and i rather foolishly decided to do a "stand up wheelie", it was going ok until i found myself pedalling too quickly and my foot slipped, the bike nearly did a back flip but i managed to stop it, however i came down, arse first on the nose of the saddle. i felt an absolute excruciating burst of pain, i saw a blue flash/stars and then passed out.
i came round, but had the worst stomach/arse cramps ever i managed to get the train home but the bursts of pain and nausea were unbareable....
...anyway i went to my GP after not being able to go to the bog for 5 days... he seems to think i have (these are my words after i translated him) split the inner lining of my arsehole...
he reckons if i have i can have in sewn up under local anaesthetic but will be off work for a week.
Has anyone else had this problem?
