Bovine Glandular

Before you read this, don't do anything that can unbalance your hormones without first consulting your physician. Unbalanced hormones can lead to major health issues.

Hello, I took a bovine glandular pill last night out of curiosity (i'm a guy). I understand the dangers of playing with your hormones, but curiosity got the best of me. (No I don't want to go trans.) I experienced the infamous bloating and such, but what was strange was the level of mental clarity I had the morning after. I have had quite a bit of anxiety and stress lately. Plus I have had severe brain fog and have been on edge ever since I was a kid. (not to mention tension in my body from being on edge.) But after taking that pill, I got an unexpected calmness and clarity of mind. (something that I've never had.) I know 250 mg of bovine can't do much, but what happened? The effects wore off closer to the afternoon and I now have that not so fun brain fog again and my body is tensed up again (something I can't really help.) However I am still kind-of bloated lol. So, what do you think? I definitely don't want to play with my hormones, but taking that pill did something that nothing else has been able to do, and that's make me feel better (both mentally and physically)

Never mind, I'm going to throw these away. The dangers of taking these supplements are too great. I advise anyone to stay away from any glandular supplements.
