Bump on Anus

Hello I am new here.  On the 9th of May I took a shower and while washing my behind I realized a bump, roughly the size of a eraser of a pencil  was on my anus.  It does not hurt, does not itch, the only discomfort I have is the feeling of the bump when I walk or sit.  I see no colour difference.  It looks like the same colour as the rest of my behind.  When feeling it, it feels like there is something possibly hard inside.  When touching it it does not hurt either.  

Two years ago a bump formed on my right knee.  I beleive this to be a skin tag.  I am wondering now if I have the same thing on my anus.  I have never been to the doctor and do not have a job nor insurance at this time.  So I am wondering if I can get professional feedback as to what this might be.  I have read that it could be a pile, could be a perianal haematoma or could be a hemmorhoid.  Is there anyway for me or a doctor on here to narrow down the possibilities to one possibility?  Like I said I have no insurance, no job atm and I am also scared over this.

update:

Something strange happened.  I had a bowel movement an hour ago.  After the bowel movement when I was wiping, I noticed the bump was gone??  It remained gone for about 5 minutes and then returned to it's normal size.  Could this be a pile??

Without seeing a dr. it is hard to say exactally what it is. If you cant see a dr. i would suggest trying to use a hemorhoid cream like prep h and see if that eliminates it, if it does not then you need to see a doctor. Try searching your area for a free clinic or finding a dr that would be willing to work with your financial situation.
