Bumps i thought were hair folicals one turned red

Im 20 yrs old and just recently after about a year of unprotected sex, i noticed a
set of small white "bumps" although they werent raised.After i saw hair grow out of them, i didnt think anything of them. Now one of them is raised,red, and itchy.
does it sound like anything ?

hi, suond like the hair follicle is blocked causing ingrowing hair ! warm compress works to reduce discomfort.
