Bumps in armpit

I seen the questions. I have the pee size bumps too. I dont use deoderant and I've had them awhile. Not in my left arm but just in my right. over a year now. And it is starting to get itchy. but I thought maybe it's just because I used deoderant just last week and I usualy dont. but these bumps are annoying. I thought of cutting one out to see because I asked my doctor and he never gave me an answer. every one I ask just looks the other way. I can never get an answer. If there blocked hair folicles then why do I have like 30 in my right arm pit? and not one in my left?
Should I worrie?
