Burn during peeing

Hi there.

Im in very strange situation here and my life is really disturbed just because of this problem. I have atehlic foot prblem frm last four years but its not very serious. But from last 4 weeks I have Jock itch on right side and from last 1 week when i pee it really burns. first i thought its the problem just cause my body is dehydrayed but i drink 5 liter of water every day and so 3 litre of cran berry juice but its still the same.

Im definitly sure its not STD because i dont have sex frm last 4 months. your help will be really appreciated.

Hi,
  It is more or less clear that you have a fungal infection and for external use, over the counter antifungal creams will be helpful.But, it appears, you have also got a fungal urinary infection, and therefore you need to take internal medication. Also, since over the counter medications may have allergic reaction in specific cases, it is better to consult a urologist and get a proper prescription medicine.

Thanks for your help. This internal infection became very serios 14 days of fever then cough then pain in kidney. I had to stay in hospiatl for three days and doctor disagnoses klebsiella. I'm posting this reply to say thanks to salace and for other people who have this kind of onfection. Im getting better now but still i have to take antibiotic for 2 weeks. im so weak now.
