Burning Sensation after first time

Hi
I was curiouse so I had my first sexual experience with another male. We did not have oral sex but we masterbated each other and I gave anal sex without a condom (foolishly). Then the next morning we masterbated each other again but he was quite rough with my penis and as I have a very sensitive penis head it got quite painfull as he was rubbing it. I noticed that day that my penis head was red and sore and I got a burning sensation when passing urine. The redness and burning lasted till monday (the rough masterbation was on sunday)  and was gone tuesday. Then last night (wednesday night) I masterbated for the first time since that encounter and it burned when I ejaculated. Now I start to burn when passing urine again and it burns afterwards but there is no redness.

Could this be a STI or a infection?

Thanks

I have not encountered this experience before, because I did not ever have sexual intercourse with another male. But I take a health class in school right now, and all I can tell you is that you may have an STD. (Sexually Transmitted Disease) However, I do not know what kind.

You caught this early, which is a good thing, and if it comes out positive, then the doctors will have a higher chance to help you in a better way. Possibly even cure it. I do hope the test result comes out negative. Just ignore sexual contact for now, and you should be good.

Hopefully a certified doctor can answer this better than I did.
