Burning Tip Of Penis. Small amount of Discharge. Redness on tip after sex

Hi All.

I've had this problem for a few months now.
I get rednesss on tip of the gland after sex with my wife.
I also have a burning sensation at the tip with.
I also get what I believe to be a little bit of clear discharge. Sometimes it feels like something is going come out like discharge (but when I look there is nothing) and sometimes there is a small bit of wetnesss.

I've tested negative for clamidia,ghonoreah, hep a and b, HIV, syphilis.

I've been treated for what the GP believed was thrush a few months ago. Rednesss when away but came back after sex.

Other doctors have suggested prostititus.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Hi sorry to hear what you are going through
hope you don't mind me asking do you use lube when having sex or are you ok there,
you say No std's i would ask for a second opinion and get peace of mind yourself , take care
