Burning little bumps next to meatus

I've been std tested and had a kub ultrasound and still no answer . I've got 4 tiny bumps next to my peehole (meatus) both my doctor and dermatologist said it was nothing but it's burning all the time just in that one spot and It's doing my head in . Has anyone had the same problem ?
