it is a problem called phimosis.but it is fixable.you can stretch your foreskin using topical steroids betamethasone or clobetasol along with a stretching device you buy online called a glansie or gfs stretcher.you can also have surgery.the first surgery is called a z-plasty and it makes your foreskin wider.the next is called a dorsal slit which cuts the top of your foreskin in half.and of course circumcision which removes some or all of your foreskin.
