Just recently, I have been called numerous things from friends and people. They have used the term ugly incel, have a negative canthal tilt and I dont even know what that means. I have lost a lot of weight and its causing confidence issues

Please advise, any help is appreciated. Of course w/ weight loss I have excess skin but only in the stomach
Just do not worry, you are just as good looking as any one else cloud be.
But if you have lost a lot of weight without any reason, that is to be checked up by a physician. May be, the loss of weight might have made you look thinner and muscular, and to those familiar people, you would have lost a bit of your boyish look, do not worry, over a period they would get adjusted to your new manly looks.
Also, keep doing some regular exercise to maintain flexibility of your body.
Just be assured, you look fine.
