Cant get an erection when wanted

Well im only 19 years old
and im pretty healthy, eat well, dont smoke though drink occasionally
Masturbate 3-4 times a week, though i dont start with a hard on till i stroke for a while
and been with 2 women recently and cannot keep a hard on unless im being stroked
in one case we couldnt have sex and in the other my penis would loose erection after 30 seconds and come out
though i do wake up with an erection on most mornings
and do tend to get erections when i dont need them (eg in a vibrating place such as a bus)
any ideas what could be wrong
thanks

Okay, now we're getting somewhere. Anxiety can definitively effect your sex life. Since you were anxious the first time it sounds like it's become a vicious cycle. You've been so worried about it happening again that that's all your concentrating on, not being able to get or keep an erection. Try relaxing and take your time.

Maybe this is a mental thing. Do you feel comfortable or do you feel a little anxious when your with a woman? If your feeling anxious or stressed this could be causing the problem.

It does sound you might be used to a hand, but if you've tried cutting back on the masturbation then it's time to see your Dr for tests. They can do simple blood work to check your hormone levels.

Cut back on the masturbation to see if this helps. Your used to your own hand and a woman feels different. If this does'nt help then see your Dr to get your hormone levels checked.
