Chest discomfort and abdominal bloating

I have been having some discomfor in my chest and abdominal area, mainly a feeling of heaviness in my chest, underneath my breat in the mid or lower chest area, on both sides, and som bloating or feling of fullness after eating, I have gained about 10lbs in the past few months, not sure if that has anything to do with it or not, additionally, I have noticed a tingling feeling like pins and needles in my left foot, and a feeling of slight pain in my left big toe, similar to when the circulation gets cut off to a specific body part. It is more uncomfortable than anything (the feeling in my chest/upper abdominal area), any ideas on whether or not this should be checked out by a Dr.? Recently (6,months ago had a chest xray and Chest CT scan with contrast and didn't see anything of significance, although the report was apparently transcribed incorrectly and gave me quite a bit of anxiety as it showed some enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes, I asked about this about 3 months ago and my Dr. checked with the radiologist and he said the report was transcribed incorrectly),I don't feel overly anxious but was wondering what these symptoms may be as they have lasted for a little over a week now. Any thoughts?

Hi,My thought would be to get it checked.Could be many things but that type of chest discomfort,should always be checked.Have you had a EKG or a stress test,made need to have both.One other thing that can cause that type of discomfort is a Hiatal Hernia as many people who have thought they were having a heart problem were in fact found to have a Hiatal Hernia.The only way to find it is with a Upper GI Xray.Thats were they make you drink a white looking chalk type drink then do a xray.Not bad very simple.You might make mention to your doctor about it.Good luck.
