Chronic steady pain in groin area and both testicas equally

My husband has been having chronic steady pain in all of his groin pain as well as in both balls equally, He said that the pain in his testiculs gets worse after he ***'s and it's every time also. He said the length of the pain of his balls afterwards varies until it subsides back to what as been his normal pain. He is starting to get worried and saying its probably cancer as his whole family has some kind of cancer. But even though he is getting worried he refuses to go see a doctor and have it checked out.

As I have never heard or seen of anything like this I am getting worried and curious to see if someone else has either heard of this or has gone through it.
