Concerns about Nose bleed and headache

by want2beamommy2387, Apr 14, 2009 11:12AM
My husband is 22 and lately has been complaining about headaches and not being able to sleep very well.. today we woke up at 6a.m. to get ready for work and about 6:15ish he finally crawled out of bed he came into the bathroom and he had a nose bleed.. he head his nose and we got ready for work he said he was okay just tired and yet again hadn't slept well.. We were about to leave the house at about 6:45a.m. and he got another nose bleed.. both times it stopped pretty quick.  We headed out and he went to work said he wasn't feel so well ( really tired, headache) he called me about 9:45a.m. told me he was going home from work cuz he just couldn't hardly keep his eyes open n his head was pounding.. he has me a bit worried i've heard of nose bleeds n headaches to be not a good thing and then he is incredibly tired.  Does anyone have any suggestions of what might be going on?  It is allergy season but the weather has been wacky here in NE, we had to turn the heater on the other day again.. but he's been complaining of headaches for about a week or so now.

His dad also has the beginnings of diabetes i think he has high blood pressure they are tryign to get him to eat better and that i googled a bit and it said that High blood pressure could have these symptoms.

Thank you so much for any suggestions I'm just trying to figure out if i should call a doctor cuz this could be serious or try to stick it out as most men are my husband has to be dragged in by his shirt collar when it comes to going 2 the doctor.
