Condition similar to Peyronie's Disease

Just wondering if anyone recognises the following symptoms and possible ways of dealing with them:
-My penis has about a 20 degree curve to the left when erect
-When erect it seems fully hard but has some lateral movement at the base (a bit like a hinge) with more movement to the left.
From reading up these symptoms seem similar to Peyronie's disease but I have a feeling they were self inflicted years ago when I was in my early teens, as I used to lie top down on the erect member in my bed and apply a substantial force (before I figured out how to masturbate properly), and the symptoms I have described appeared at that age.
This problem is quite worrying for me because it means I have to hold the member still during the initial penetration prior to penetrative intercourse, and it often flips out to the side on the outward stroke during the intercourse and snags when I try to go back in.
If anyone can help that would be good, because I have been hiding this problem for a long time and there is no way I could face flopping it out in front of a specialist at the moment.
