Constant bowel movements

Hey guys, i'm new.. Anyway, for the past 4 days i've been going to the toilet more than 4-5 times a day. My stools are some what normal, kinda soft and not too hard. I know that i have external haemorrhoids and possibly internal. I've had them for a while, never really painful unless I go to the toilet a lot and they become irritated and they're something i can generally live with. Only pain in my stomach area is just the normal ache you get when you need to.. poop. But much more frequent than usual. I did have a day, about a week ago where i ate more than usual, lots of peanut butter and jam. So I'm putting it down to that day where i ate, alot! But it's really troubling me now, getting in the way of my plans and what not. Anyone have any suggestions? I've increased my water intake and i already eat enough fibre as it is.

You may have a slight stomach virus. It might be a good idea to see your Dr about this. Any changes in bowel habits should be talked about with your Dr. They're almost always because of a virus or your diet but it's best to have this checked out.
