Cutting back on masturbation. How long till I heal?

by renaldoaoa, May 11, 2007 12:00AM
I've been cutting back on masturbating lately.

Mainly because I was depressed, low libido, mental sharpness, memory loss, and less than hard erections.

I smoke cigs but have stopped pot altogether.

Since I havent done anything for seven days and Ive been seeing improvment in all departments, but I'm unsure If I should try to wait longer?

How long does it take to get myself back to normal, or optimal levels?

Should I just try to wait as long as I can?

What is considered normal (or healthy) for a 30 year old to discharge (sex or masturbation) per week?

I also wanted to know about semen leakage.
When I started masturbating a lot when I was young, I noticed when I got excited I would get leakage or pre ***. I've seen alittle since cutting back, but nothing major as of yet.

If this something that will heal also while cutting back?

Thanks for the help

it 's very normal and heathy to masterbate ! all day evry day if necassary . i think you need to assess your anxiety issues  though  , you should not experience adverse affects from doing it the only probs you get are from the guilt of doing it .

Masturbation can be safe when done with a healthy frequency, but if done too much you get physical symptoms liek you are getting. For me, if it isnt messing with your sex life and those symptoms are gone its fine.
