This is a bit embarrassing, so please bear with me.If you're thinking of closing this because it looks long, PLEASE read through, but if you can't, I list 2 numbered questions at the bottom. I'm DESPERATE people, this is ruining my life here :(.
This is what happens now when I try to masturbate:
-I get erect and I even see "precum" (something I’d see before and is normal for me)
-As I get near climax, I stop as I worry and think I can’t ejaculate. I’m not sure if it’s mechanical or mental or both.
1) Should I try masturbating "all the way" to see what will happen? (Could I burst any vessel etc., hurt myself?)
I don't think your going to rupture a blood vessel by masturbating, I've heard of people "breaking" their penis by it getting jammed into something while its hard but I don't think you have that to worry about here. I think it is in your head...you recall the time of what happened and so you stop afraid it'll happen again. Try going all the way in your masturbation session, if it continues to hurt I would suggest going to get it checked as it could be infected or you could of caught something. The peeing sensation is odd, have you made sure you don't need to pee before hand? I do know if you focus any rubbing on the head of your penis you will get the odd sensation to urinate. Just try to finish yourself off and try not to think about what happened last time as your mind can very easily trick you into not climaxing or loosing your erection. Good luck and let us know something, hopefully it was nothing to worry about.
Thanks for a prompt reply, but with all due respect may I ask what your experience is or how you feel you can answer some of the questions? Just wondering like if you have a certification, experience, or are just another guy, etc., because that helps in terms of who to take advice from, although I'm sure you know what you're talking about to be able to give a lot of response. Thanks.
Other please feel free to comment as well...in a few days I'll see what everyone thinks, I'm just afraid to try to "go all the way" and for something to go wrong.
I am a CNA, but other then that I have no other certification. By all means I don't want you to think I'm no doctor. Do you get the peeing sensation if you masturbate and stay away from the head of the penis altogether?
hi ,i think you are just anxious !weird things happen all the time and never come again (no pun intended!). just go for it see what happens ! if it does persist see ya doc .i know its embarrasing but you need that re assurance x x x
As far as the peeing sensation, I am doing nothing differently than I have ever done. I am using the same technique, and as I'm hardening I start to worry about whether anything will actually come out when (or IF) I ejaculate...so then I kind of stop in fear...
Another thing I'd like to add is that before all this, the previous longest time I was able to keep myself from masturbating was probably 10 days..but then I would be so "horny" I'd just NEED to release and then when I'd go to masturbate, I'd finish very easily and quickly
but now, I haven't masturbated since late December, which is almost 2 months now (50-60 days). While I am still able to be aroused and have my urge, I just don't sense my body NEEDING it the way it was before (where it was almost like a craving for a drug or something).
Well when you ejaculate it can come out or basically stay in the body if you know where to press so the stopping in fear is the thing in your head that you have to work on. Then you should not have a NEED to masturbate, it sounds like you were addicted to it, so maybe it was good that this happened...it broke the habit. Masturbation can become a nasty addiction and can lead to you having to go to counseling to help you with your problem.
I was thinking about this option too...do you think I can have any long term effects by just not masturbating necessarily anymore? I mean I still feel my arousal, I still get erect, etc., but I guess I'm not necessarily sure about ejaculation, although I've gotten as far as pre-*** now.
I mean as long as I wouldn't have any possible damage or health risks, I would in a way be fine with not doing this anymore until I have actual sex. As you said, it was becoming a habit actually, and addictive. I would lust after internet photos/pornography of beautiful women and arousing scenarios, sometimes spending large amounts of time each day just to "masturbate" to completion 1-2 times. Although I still do come across some of these women...and I'd just love to get a release, I guess I'm not desperate over it, but that release would be nice...but I DO see me, if it did work, continuing happily in this cycle I had that I described to you before the December incident.
I have my nursing degree but I have never heard of this type of "problem". Can you please CONFIRM if you have currently pleasured yourself to complete ejaculation or if you are still facing this dilemma?
In my experience, should people experience certain "events" in their lives, they are prone to associate it with their inner most desires - thus, subconsciously refraining from anything that remotely offers sexual or non-sexual pleasure to them. If I were you and I did not feel that there were any MAJOR issues with the current situation, I would masturbate to fruition...if something feels "wrong", at that point, seek medical attention. (I think that you are too paranoid in this particular issue and should take action to prove to yourself that everything is okay). In other words, when you get close to cumming...LET NATURE TAKE IT'S COURSE!

So please let me know your thoughts on this?
