Hi,I dont think anyone here will be able to answer that question,as I myself have never heard of such treament.Not knowing how old you are now.If it has been many years since the treament,I would not think it would show up in this way now.I would get your testosterone level checked,sounds like that may be more the problem.Good luck.

Sclerotherapy wouldn't affect your erections. Personally, I think you answered your own question: "not helped by a few comments from an ex-girlfriend". That could most definitely affect the quality of your erections (and your enjoyment/relaxation, not to mention pleasure, fulfillment, confidence...). I think I'd suggest seeing a sex therapist first.
