Delayed Ejaculation

So basically, at the age of 22 I am basically in the first proper relationship ive ever had with a girl that I feel that I love (Though havent told her yet, only been together for 2 months) At the beginning of the relationship my worry lied in not being able to keep an erection during sex, though this problem doesnt seem to occur..instead we can have sex for half an hour or more and I will not ejaculate. I am capable of doing so when on my own. I know the case is considered as 'Delayed Ejaculation' though not sure how to treat it. She doesnt seem to mind too much now, she told me that she rarely reaches orgasm less than 4 or 5 times in a session, though i worry that she may be beginning to take it personally.

In the past I havent had a proper girlfriend, I suppose im still somewhat nervous and anxious when it comes to intercourse, my experience in intercourse is very little, she is as good as my first proper time since the few cases in the past were somewhat unsuccessful due to other non-related issues.

The other thing to note is that due to certain allergies we are unable to use condoms, though she does take the pill to be safe. I notice also that after weve finished that my penis may slightly leak seminal fluid, or even during foreplay so its not like im incapable, just I think there is some kind of psychological reasons maybe tied in with a lack of self confidence having been single for the majority of my life even considering im quite attractive individual.

Hi it is possible that you have gotten too used to masturbation and do not receive the same stimmulation during intercourse. Refraining from masturbation might be helpful.
