Depression due to premature ejaculation

Hi,
I know it is a very common issue but I have not been able to find a solution for this. This problem is causing a lot of dissatisfaction in my marriage life. I have a 1 year old kid and a wonderful wife. I am 34 years old and married for the past 2 years. I am scared of having sex as everytime I have sex I come within 30 seconds. I want my wife to have that wonderful feeling of complete sex. I am getting into depression day by day. I am from Delhi, India. I visited 2 doctors and I felt that more than solving my problem they were interested in making money. I am highly confused. I am sorry if I sound foolish but if anyone can suggest me a good and effective remedy I'll be very grateful.

Thanks
Vikas

Do slow, deep and even (innalation and exhalation are equal). Google it, learn it and practice 10 minutes twice a day at least for a month. This will hep you to control your sexual urge. Do kegel , male deer exercise. Do Sat kriya. Google -breath to orgasm- there you will find many exercises for woman. you may ask her to do some exercise. you will find Anniesprikle .org. You can also do Kundalini yoga.
If you ejaculate early, you may masturbate your wife to reach orgasm. This is a better way to satisfy her and do some exercises together.

Do not feel depress at first. I think there are a lot of things that you can potentially explore. And since you have your wife, I think you need to communicate with your wife on your ED and asked her how she wanted to be satisfied in sex. The option could you providing oral sex on her for a longer period of time or invest in sex toys to stimulate her.

With regards to your problem, you need to google up some good resources on the internet including controlling breathing for ejaculation. It will be a good start from there and you can then further read up other resources including kegel exercises. Meditation and Yoga helps too.
