Discoloring of penis head.

Hi there Ive recently noticed a dark brown like patch on the side of my penis head. I’m not at all sure to as what it is. There is no discharge or pain or any other effects at all. It just looks unattractive as well as worrying me slightly. I’m not circumcised or anything although I do have black skin and I was wondering could it be a pigment problem or something along those lines. Ive also had a well darker streak going the whole way from the top back of my penis to the bottom. But lately it has gone onto my head on the same streak!

  I am not a doctor. You do want to have that checked. Penile cancer in persons whom are uncircumsized can often show up as a discoloration as the one you describe.

Hi, i seem to also have a brown patch on my penis. I have had one on the middle of my shaft, sort of like a brown ring that goes around the whole shaft and then a 1 inch spot on the right lower side of the shaft.

There is no discomfort or anything. The spot is not raised and does not inflame.  I've actually had the spot for about 2 years.  I have been looking around and Cancer is extremely rare since i am circumsized and have great hygeine, but vitiligo, or natural hyperpigmentation of the skin, seems to be the most plausable explanation.  Anyone know any creams that i could use, or does anyone have any of the same symptoms as me and has information on it. Thanks, any information is greatly appreciated.
