Sir,
I am not a doctor. You do want to have that checked. Penile cancer in persons whom are uncircumsized can often show up as a discoloration as the one you describe.
Do not panic. This is a precaution. Penile Cancer in the U.S. is rare due to our practice of hygene.

Thanks very much, i was searching for such information on the internet but could not come across any. I will book an emergency appointment tomorrow as cancer also runs in my family. Thanks again for the heads up.
Hi, i seem to also have a brown patch on my penis. I have had one on the middle of my shaft, sort of like a brown ring that goes around the whole shaft and then a 1 inch spot on the right lower side of the shaft.
There is no discomfort or anything. The spot is not raised and does not inflame. I've actually had the spot for about 2 years. I have been looking around and Cancer is extremely rare since i am circumsized and have great hygeine, but vitiligo, or natural hyperpigmentation of the skin, seems to be the most plausable explanation. Anyone know any creams that i could use, or does anyone have any of the same symptoms as me and has information on it. Thanks, any information is greatly appreciated.
