Discomfort during ejaculation

by Lenova, Sep 17, 2009 05:38AM
OK I've so far been unable to find any similiar examples online of my situation. For approximately the last 4-5 weeks I have melt a mild discomfort internally during ejaculation. I would say the the exact area of discomfort an inch or two inside (past the base of the penis). I do not feel any discomfort at any other time or anywhere else and it subsides as soon as ejaculation is finished. The discomfort is like a light 'throbbing' sensation and coincides with each 'squirt'. There doesn't appear to be anything unusual about my semen and I have no problems passing water. The discomfort also seems to vary with the intensity of the orgasm. If light and gentle then there is no discomfort at all but during a more intense orgasm the discomfort is more pronounced.

I have had the same partner for over five years (no cheating!) and I'm not aware that she has any issues. I'm getting a little worried so any advice would be massively appreciated.

I should also add that I'm 25 years old and in quite good health.

Ooh my friend, am very very sorry for what you are going through, but you know what you don't  need to  worry, are you married anyway? Do you trust you girl boy? The major causes of what you are going through are  some sort of diet inside(FUNGI), this can actually come along if your girlfriend is using some powerful contraceptive pills without your knowledge, secondly if you were practising masturbation at an early age and this perhaps has weaken the penile muscles so during the act you will have to feel some pain, another thing is that you should not just use condoms you found around, there are some with very powerful toxic lubricant that are effective to human life.So friend see a doctor as soon as possible and then try to eat fruits, and some kind of food rich in calcium, iron and vitamins. Ask any doctor around you the process of blood purification as soon as possible.
Thank you very much and I wish you good luck.
Tell me something afterwards.
Stop seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeex... for a while until you feel some changes in you, Ok boy!!!!

Thanks for your post Wonder92, the problem does appear to have cleared up now. Shortly around the time of posting I started having lots of cranberry juice as I believe this is good for infections and I guess that worked!

My girlfriend definitely isn't using contraceptive pills and I'm quite sure I wasn't masturbating at too early an age, which would leave your suggested cause - condoms. In the past I have had a few mild issues with condoms, particular those with high amounts of benzocaine. What is wrong with these companies, why do they add so many chemicals and poisons to something which is going to be used in such a sensitive area?! In case anyone else experiences problems with condoms, I'd suggest trying the brand 'kondomi', they're the only brand I've never had a problem with (and they're vegan - yes, some condoms contain milk proteins!)

I just thought I should add an update in case anyone out there experiences a similiar problem. I had previously thought that this cleared up but it didn't and is still ongoing. Today I went to see a Urologist who believes to know the problem. The discomfort may be caused by a muscle, which contracts to stem the flow of urine from the bladder into the uretha during ejaculation so as to not contaminate the semen, being 'over active' and spasming. It's not dangerous and we didn't discuss any long term solution but I've been prescribed Tamsulosin which, if it works, will prove the diagnosis.

So basically, if you have an 'internal' discomfort during ejaculation which feels like somethings being pinched and ceases immediatly after ejaculation, and no other sympons at all, it could be an over active 'bladder valve' (I can't remember the medical term for it, but it's the muscle which keeps your **** out of your semen)
