Do You Moisturise Your Glans Penis?

Do you moisturise your glans penis as part of your daily routine?

I am uncircumcised and need to apply something (experimenting with coconut oil at the moment), if I don't it looks dry, cracked and get white flakey patches, I have tried anti-fungal creams, didn't work, don't think I'm allergic to anything, washing with plain warm water only, no shower gels or soaps, don't see how anything can cause irritation to my glans because it is fully covered by foreskin. I do have mild dry skin issues on my face and other parts of the body, which is under control using creams/lotions!

Would appreciate any replies, especially from uncircumcised men. Thanks.

Glans moisturization is recommended for many men with sensitive penis skin. Try using a superior penis nutrient cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil). A cream that includes a high end emollient (such as shea butter) AND vitamin E (which promotes hydration) is probably your best bet.  Good luck!

Hi,
Normally it is not required to moisturize the part as it is kept moist generally. In your case, you seem to be having dry skin problems and I feel the same may be causing your symptoms. It is better that you consult a urologist/dermatologist and get some creams suitable to your body, since it is a sensitive part and what is suitable for one may not suit another.
