Does a change in size of one testicle indicate a health problem?

I am a senior, my right testicle had been smaller, more inside my body,  for all my adult life.  Suddenly to my notice the right testicle is nearly the size of the left.  The main reason I noticed was a case of "joc itch" that lasted several days, until I purchased an over-the-counter ointment. Should I be concerned about the size change?   I had a full physical exam earlier this year.

Thanks, in the absence of other symptoms I'll discuss with my doctor the next time I need advice

I do not think that this is anything to worry about. It could be a small hydrocele.
