Does masturbation lead to erectile disfunction?

I am 18 and I have been masturbating ever since I was 13. It has developed into an addiction which I have tried to stop many times bt with no success. Not long ago I was circumcised and hence I could not masturbate because it would have been a very painful experience for me. But once the healing ended I noticed I had very good erections where my penis was really hard and firm. I went back to my masturbation routine and not long after that I noticed that my erections had become 'softer'. Did that long period without masturbating cause me to have those firm and hard erections or did masturbation just make my erections 'soft'?

Porn-induced ED is Always temporary. At 18, I suspect you will recover faster than most, but it is so different for everyone. Keep in mind that the process is not linear. On the website under support their are links to forums where where guys are discussing their recovery. It is very helpful to listen to others stories and progress.

Wow, i read the post and saw the presentations. I just hope that mine is temporary and by quiting pornography and masturbation I may be able to get back to my hard erections. All I can do is pray.
