Dry penis skin head
My penis head is dry for more than 3 years .
So I went normal doctor and he gave me vitamin e cream but nothing change .
I don't bleeding but there are deep scar on my penis skin and a little thick skin with very dry feeling .not itching.

Here the way it looks ,by cream just get a little soft but not notable changes .

Hi is it right to say you been circumcised, cause that's what it look like, a scar after the cut, is that right , nothing can be done about that sorry, tell me if that's the case Please, Take care

I do . when I was baby circumcised.
The problem is that skin of my penis head is scale ,and very dry .
When I get hard the skin itself is so dry and looks like there are a lot of line on my penis skin .
