Dry scaly skin on scrotum, now one red spot

Hello! About a month or so ago i developed scaly skin on my scrotum that was gone in a day or two, but since has left a (currently) dime sized red spot which seems to have stayed the same over the past week. I also have a slight ache in my left testicle occasionally, which I suspect my be caused by rowing, but I thought Id mention it. I don't think its an STD because I'm 14 and still a virgin. I've also self checked and there doesn't appear to be any bumps.

Thanks!

Hi, Is this a real spot with a head on it, or are we talking about a red skin spot, so its hard to put a finger on it, best see your doctor, as if its been there for a month get it looked at.
