Dvt previous i v drug user

I am a 40 year old male I have previously injected heroin and amphetamine but this was more than 5 years ago i'm clean at present.
I've noticed recently a lot of pain in my groin area when sat still for more than half hour this pain also occurs during and after sexual intercourse and also if I wear tight jeans.
It also feels like my testicles have felt tight and sore and calf muscles swell and harden as if tensed up.
Although I was a previous iv drug abuser I've never injected in my femoral vein just arms feet and calf areas
what's wrong with me? Do I have a dvt???
