I have been having marital problems for two years have have not had sex during that time.  The relationship has been very stressful and I have been depressed.  I have been masturbating often.

The problem is that I cannot keep any type of erection.  Porno does not help.  I have been to massage parlors and gotten massages and I cannot get an erection.

My main question is what are the leading ED centers in the country?  If I get examined I want to get examined by the best regardless of cost.  I am only 35 years old and I am separated.  I would like to eventually get intimate with another woman but do not want to do it without getting the best treatment possible.

Up until two years ago I had rock hard erections!  I see these advertisements for Boston Medical but have a feeling they are a scam.  Any leading ED Centers on the EAst Coast?  Thanks.

See a urologist and rule out any hormonal or prostrate problems. It may be too part psychological so think about when it started how you were feeling at the time. It is probably your testosteron is low.
