Ejaculation and Diarrhea

To Whom it may concern:
I am a 21 year old male who experiences diarrhea, a bloated stomach and occasional pain around the mid bladder area (prostate?) following ejaculation. The symptoms do not occur until a few days later. I have been struggling with this problem for quite a few years now. I have a physical examination every year including a blood and urine test and they all came back normal. What do you think may be the cause of my symptoms? It wouldn't be cancer could it?

Hopefully not cuz this has been happening to me lately also! my stomach Grumbles a lot and i have LITTLE diarriah...except i don't have pain in my bladder area...its been happening to me for like 2 weeks it doesnt hurt me tho...so hopefully we are fine my friend jus pray to God he answers all prayers.
