Ejaculation is poor

I am a 55 year old male and my ejaculation duirng sex is bearly happenning and leaving me very disatisfied. It's like I almost orgasm but not quite and it leaves me feeling like I am plugged up or something like that. Very little seman comes out and it is very clear looking. Has anyone had this problem and can they suggest what must be causing this and a cure. I am loosing interest altogether and becomming very depressed.

   Frequent ejaculation would make the semen thin, and if that is the problem space out and try.If your hormone levels and and sexual/general health is not ok, then also it will affect you, a urologist should be able to help you in this regard. Taking balanced food and doing moderate exercise will largely help if you have no specific medical problem. If you have a stressed life, learn to relax and take life easily - maximize peace of  mind and happiness in life and optimize achievements.
