Ejeculation

Hi

I am a 61 year old male  I enjoy sex very much but am unable to ejeculate, I do not have an erectile problem, can you help

Actually you would be better served to look up Inhibited Male Orgasm (IMO) it can have psychological or physical (usually cardiovascular) implications.

Assuming you are reaching orgasm, your situation would be called anejaculation which you can research, but an appointment with a urologist would be in order due to the several causes of this issue.
