Enlarging Balls!!!!!!!

Ok so i dont know anything about guys! my fiance is 22yrs old and for the past like 3-4months there has been this like 3rd ball in his sack. and ever day at least once a day it enlarges his sack to such an abnormal size...like almost the size of a baseball. and he's sooo worried about going to the doctor cuz he thinks it might be cancer. so i was hoping maybe one of u guys has had this problem or have heard about this problem!?!? i mean plz help becuz if by chance it is cancer we need to get into the doctor asap! thank you for helping me out!

Okay, not wanting to see the doctor because it might be cancer doesn't even begin to make sense, although I understand his fear. I seriously doubt it's cancer, because cancer wouldn't shrink and swell throughout the day. My suggestion would be to google varicocele and particularly hydrocele, and if he's feeling pain, also inguinal hernia. And call TOMORROW to make a doctor's appt. How long has it been since he's had a checkup? He's young, but that doesn't mean he should ignore his health.

thank u for ur help. and i dont think he's gotten a checkup since problly high skool when he was in sports. no but know i am definetley freaked out and will be calling the doctor today!!!! and plz dont feel bad for freaking me out i looked all 3 or those things up and theres a good possiblity its either the varicocele or the hernia. anyways i just wanted to thank you veryy much for all your help!
