Epididymitis ?

Have had right testicle pain for over 17 years.  Originally diagnosed as epididymitis but never found infection.  Have had sonograms blood tests and antibiotics over the years and everyone throws hands up and shrugs shoulders. Help!

never had an issue with them anywhere else.  I have had sonograms and they never said anything about varicose veins.

Have you been checked for vericocele veins in your testicles?
