Epididymitis and white spots on penis

i had and still got acute epididymitis but currently being treated, but when i first noticed the epididymitis i noticed small unpickable white spots on my penis iv always had white spots on my penis but never this far up they have always been at the bottom. the new spots look simular but 1 or 2 look diffrent, i asked the doc about this and she said it was narmal to have spots and the spread coud be caused by the epididymitis im not convinced have you herd of this befor??? thanks and sorry about the spelling
