Epididymitis or Prostatitis?

March of 2016 I noticed a weird sensation in my right testicle, seemed the epididymis tail was sensitive to touch so I went to the doctors. She did STD and testicle ultrasounds testing and all results came back negative, my testicle discomfort was still present. I left it alone to see if it would recover on its own for the next month. I then developed groin, lower abdomen (pubic bone) and back pain while still having testicle aches. Also some discharge.

Eventually the testicle pain got sharper and more intense (date= middle of May 2016) as the weeks went on so I went to emergency where they did ultrasounds and STD testing again and all results came back normal. I was fed up and in intense pain, so I went back to my doctors and insisted that I had Epididymitis as I had almost every single symptom of it. She treated me with 1 cefixime pill and one other pill that I cannot remember while also taking doxycycline 100mg for 10 days twice daily (June 2016 at this point). Once all 10 days of the antibiotics were done I felt better and had no testicle irritation or discomfort for the next 8 months.

Recently I noticed my testicle feeling weird January 2017 with mild aching that felt familiar to my previous experience with "Epididymitis". So I went to my doctor and she treated me with I beleieve 4 azithromycin pills and an injection plus I gave a urine sample for possible STD and she sent me on my way. A few days later I noticed nothing was improving so I went back and got prescribed Cefixime and doxycycline 100mg for 7 days in hopes of improvement as it worked for me the last time in hopes that the testicles/possible Epididymitis would improve. On the second last day of doxycycline this time around I felt sharp spermadic cord pulses with testicle movement which subsided the last day of antibiotics and once the antibiotics were finished. Now being finished the 7 days of doxycycline I am experiencing inner thigh(groin), lower back, pubic bone pain (The back pain is usually only in the morning when I wake up)  also slight testicle aching that moves from the right testicle one day and the left testicle the next. I looked up these key symptoms and it seems to me that it could be  Prostatitis but also could be Epididymitis the doctor prescribed me Act Ciprofloxacin but i'm not sure if my body should be taking in all of these antibiotics as I JUST finished the doxy,  especially after reading Ciprofloxacin reviews I think it would be best for my body to recover its good bacteria after doxy before I started cipro.

My question is, what does it sound like the diagnosis is for me and what is the difference between Epididymitis or Prostatitis?? Perhaps chronic?

Please help!!!
