Erection not sustained probably due to haemorrhoid

I had an anal dilatation for anal fissure about 6 weeks back and had
bleeding followed by mucus secretion since then. I can feel a small
haemorrhoid in the inner lining which i did not feel of that size (about
2mm dia) before. The mucus secretion is still present whenever i
had physical activitiy such as brisk walking. Furthermore, i realized
that my erection cannot sustain well which i think is due to venous
leak or pressure leak at the anus coupled with my diabetic history.
Could banding or sclerotherapy or other treatments solve it and what
is an approximate cost of the respective treatment. Is there also any
home personal medical treatment solutions possible such as own
sclerosant injection. Is there any site where i can buy sclerosant
chemicals so that if the hospital cannot treat me due to some
bill dispute and to save cost i can do the procedure on my own, thanks.
